In case of cancellation, the deposit can be "frozen" or returned if the cancellation is made maximum 1 week before the arrival.
Conditions of maintenance / refunds of the deposit:
- The customer can keep the deposit "frozen" for a future stay: valid for 1 year from the moment of cancellation
- The customer can request the return from which the expenses/administrative fees equal to 10.00 euros will be withheld
ATTENTION!
In case, in periods of high attendance, of changes beyond the terms previously indicated (late arrival or early departure), the desired amount of the booked stay will still be charged
In case of cancellation, the deposit can be "frozen" or returned if the cancellation is made within the terms:
- Before 7 days before the arrival for stays from 01 September to 01 June
- Before 15 days before the arrival for stays from 01 June to 01 September
Conditions of maintenance / refunds of the deposit:
- The customer can keep the deposit "frozen" for a future stay: valid for 1 year from the moment of cancellation
- The customer can request the return from which the expenses/administrative fees equal to 20.00 euros will be withheld.
ATTENTION!
If changes are made to the day of arrival or departure beyond the terms previously indicated (postponed arrival or early departure) the full amount of the booked stay will still be charged.
